Delete Your vgraffiti Account

Use this page to request deletion of your vgraffiti account and associated app data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email support@vgraffiti.com from the email address used for your vgraffiti account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my vgraffiti account.
3. Include your vgraffiti username or display name if you have one.
4. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deletion is completed.

Data Deleted

When your request is verified, vgraffiti deletes or anonymizes account data associated with your user ID, including profile information, account settings, created pins where removal is appropriate, uploaded pin media, hunt participation records, earned badges, leaderboard entries, subscription access fields, support profile data, and app activity records tied to your account.

Data We May Keep

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute handling, crash diagnostics, audit logs, or abuse prevention. We may also keep de-identified or aggregated analytics that no longer identify your account.

Retention Period

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Backup, audit, payment, and legal records may remain for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law, platform rules, tax obligations, or security needs.

Subscriptions

Deleting your vgraffiti account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions directly through the app store account where the purchase was made.
